- Exchange Time Frame: To ensure timely processing, exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive the product. After this period, exchange requests will not be considered, so it is essential to report any issues within the 7-day window.
- Condition of Items: The product you wish to exchange must be in unused condition, with original packaging, and must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you. If the item shows any signs of use, damage, or alterations, it will not be eligible for exchange.
Important: Exchange requests made after the 7-day eligibility period will not be processed, so please be sure to inspect your products as soon as they arrive.
Exchange Process
To facilitate a smooth exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Submit an Exchange Request:
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, contact our Customer Support team to initiate the exchange process. Provide the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., defective, incorrect item)
- Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable), which will help our team to quickly verify the problem.
- Approval and Return Instructions:
Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided details and determine whether the exchange is eligible based on our policy. If your claim is valid, we will approve the exchange and send you return instructions. These will include the return address and any additional guidance on how to securely package and ship the item back to us.
- Return the Product:
After receiving the approval and instructions, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the approval. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Replacement Shipment:
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. The replacement will be shipped to the address provided in your original order. We aim to dispatch the replacement as soon as possible, generally within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Eligible Exchange Items
Please note that certain products are not eligible for exchange:
- Customised or Made-to-Order Products: Products that have been specially made or tailored to your specifications cannot be exchanged. These items are final sale unless they meet the conditions for defectiveness or error.
- Misuse or Improper Handling: Products that have been damaged due to improper use, handling, or care will not be accepted for exchange.
- Requests Beyond the 7-Day Eligibility Period: Any exchange requests made after the 7-day window from receipt of the product will not be entertained under any circumstances.
